Bingo Support — Test Page
Internal test page for the BingoSupport concierge widget. Not for public use.
How to test:
- Click the chat widget bottom-right.
- Send
hi → expect support concierge greeting (NOT Sara).
- Reply with a fake support issue.
- Bot should ask 1 clarifying question, summarise, and fire
alert_human.
- Ticket should appear at daniel-dashboard-v2/support.
Test scenarios:
- Happy path — typical support request (change request, broken form, etc.)
- STOP keyword — type
STOP → expect trigger_reason=stop_keyword
- Urgent — say "site is down right now" → expect
urgency=high
- Language — try Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese mid-conversation
- Out of scope — ask about pricing → expect
trigger_reason=out_of_scope
